Reach4Success emerged from postsecondary services affiliated with the Greater Washington College Info Center (CIC). In 1996, the Consortium of Universities established the College Info Center as a centralized, accessible resource for postsecondary information and advising services.

Over the years, we added programs and services to meet the expanding college planning needs of the populations we serve. As the program grew, we became more than simply an “Info Center” and needed a new name that reflected the diversity and scope of our current services.
